Our Homes

All our homes have been through a rigorous design and development process. We have collaborated with suppliers, reviewed and developed technological systems, and learnt from the past mistakes our industry has made to ensure that these are addressed and do not happen on our developments.

Our homes focus on meeting the following core values

  1. High Quality finishes
  2. Safe and secure
  3. Energy efficient
  4. Reduction in ongoing maintenance issues
  5. Adaptability
Our Homes
High Quality Finishes

High Quality Finishes

All our homes have a high-quality finish.

Our open plan kitchens boast an impressive selection of appliances such as electric four ring hobs, electric oven, extraction hoods, double drainer sink and suitable connections for washing/dryer machines.

Our spacious living rooms and bedrooms have wood effect vinyl flooring, led spot lighting, multiple sockets to allow for the flexibility of connecting multiple media devices and more than adequate natural light.

Our bathrooms have a range of sanitary ware, mixer showers, vanity units, high quality tiling and much more.

Safe and Secure

The safety and security of homes is more important than ever. Our homes are constructed to meet all necessary building regulations, ensuring fire safety is achieved.

We strive to incorporate multiple systems to help promote proactive maintenance and a reduction in anti-social behaviour.

The introduction of the latest intruder alarm detection and keyless entry fobs will prevent the need of key replacement and allow remote access in the event of fob loss.

Safe and Secure
Health of the Home and Tenant

Health of the Home and Tenant

The importance of ensuring both the home and tenants are healthy is important. Our homes are built with multiple humidity and mould detection systems. We have also introduced additional automatic sensors which can extract the humidity in the event of buildup.

Our technology can also detect the following:

  1. Use of narcotics
  2. Sound anomalies such as domestic abuse
  3. Occupancy levels reaching above parameters
  4. Dust particles
  5. Air quality

These are all built to notify the local authority in real time.

Energy Efficient

Reducing energy bills for our residents is very important. We are tackling this with the introduction of rainwater harvesting, electricity production technology and collaboration with multiple suppliers to significantly reduce bills between 20-50% per annum.

All our homes also meet current building regulations on U-values.

Energy Efficient
Reduction in Ongoing Maintenance

Reduction in Ongoing Maintenance

The cost of ongoing maintenance by the local authority on their current stock is expensive. The products we have introduced into our homes will enable a reduction in ongoing maintenance. A selection of warranties are available to be accessed throughout the term in the event of any product faults.

Thought and consideration has also gone into the design of our buildings to enable maintenance requirements to be kept to a minimum, with easy access if required.

Adaptability

We know that residents’ personal circumstances may change and so might their requirements in their home. Each bathroom will have the ability to become a walk-in wet room, the walls will be lined to install necessary grab rails and shower seats if required, and additional power supplies and call points will be ready to be used in any event.

Adaptability
Community Programme

Community Programme

We understand that community centres are underfunded, in a bad state of repair but vital to growth, support and rehabilitation in the community. As part of our commitment to providing new homes, we will provide community centres and outdoor playgrounds where applicable.

Through working with multiple religious and charitable organisations, our model provides places where the community can thrive and grow as a collective. This is from new build community centres, outdoor playgrounds, skate parks and food shelters etc.
