Our Story
Inspiring Community Homes was formed in 2023 on the back of long-standing work with the founder Adam Tyas, and his collaboration with Inspired Structured Solutions (ISSL) and a Tier 1 bank.
The UK’s social housing market is in crisis with record waiting lists for new homes, families living in emergency accommodation and homelessness on the rise. Inspiring Community Homes can provide a cost-effective solution to this crisis with the delivery of high quality, much needed properties in the Supported Living, Assisted Living and Social Housing sectors.
We are focused upon delivering housing solutions to the very highest standards. Our homes are designed to not only meet today’s building standards, but also to meet future standards. Our homes are energy efficient, incorporate technologies that positively impact the fuel poverty crisis, and help families feel safe and secure.
