Adam Tyas
Adam Tyas is the Managing Director and one of the original members in the Inspired Solutions collaboration. Adam has been fundamental in designing the models to allow the homes to be built to a high standard and at no costs now or forever to the local authority.
He has had an extensive career in the world of construction and spent his life developing and constructing over 2,200 apartments and 700 houses in the URK for the PRS and Social Housing sector.

Craig Hibbert
Craig, with grounding as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, is an innovative and entrepreneurial construction and property professional with over 40 years of experience in built environment delivery. Craig leads from the front with proactive contribution, adding value at every opportunity promoting efficiency, and adding bottom line value for our clients.
Craig’s breadth of expertise from Cost Management and Procurement to Programme Management, and the wider construction and development process, allows him to provide strategic leadership within Trebbi and means he is often a trusted advisor to major blue-chip clients and for embryonic business.
Craig is the owner of Trebbi, a multi-disciplinary building consultancy delivering quality professional expertise and advice to clients across a diverse range of business sectors throughout the UK and internationally.
Our Team
The framework of design teams and professionals have been carefully selected on residential experience and capability for the development of our homes. All individuals in the group have worked many years together and work effectively as a team to design and develop residential properties.
Inspiring Community Homes vary from Project Managers, Developers, Quantity Surveyors, Construction Managers and Design Co-ordinators. The entire framework of the teams have designed, developed and delivered over 46,000 homes. This ranges from social housing, build to rent and build to sale.
Procurement of Suppliers
The procurement of supplier partners of materials is key to our success. From the extensive network of suppliers with our partners and teams, we can ensure that cost effective, high quality products are available to our tenants. Each product that is selected has been carefully reviewed and inspected for quality and also longevity. All products selected carry all necessary certification to be used in the United Kingdom.
Procurement of Contractors
Our contractors vary from tier 1 to local contractors within the area. We encourage the use of main/sub-contractors local to the area to promote jobs and help towards improving the economic standing in the area.
